Gilroy Gardens

With the kids only lasting one day at their first Summer camp this year, I had an unexpected day off yesterday. We thought we would head South to Gilroy Gardens. It was a perfect day! A little warm but the park was empty. The heat was easy to bear when we didn't have to wait in line for anything.

Tubs O Fun...I felt bad for Madison. She was too TALL to go on this ride! That's a first.

1950's Roadsters

Finishing the day off on the "Artichoke Dip". The park was so empty that Madison & Luke were actually the only kids on this ride...

Water Wars

We have been having a heat wave here in Northern California. Low 80's, high 90's which is blistering to us. I was inside enjoying the air conditioning when I heard belly laughs coming from the backyard. I peek my head out to see Mike & the kids waging war with their water blasters...

Maddie's intense war face!

Summer Camp

This is our grown-up little Luke's first year going to big kid Summer Camp! It turns out our first choice camp didn't work out too well (long story) but he still looked cute getting ready!

Father's Day

Father's Day morning Daddy headed out to Crow Canyon Country Club in Danville to play golf with Bagga Glen. We joined them for lunch as they were wrapping up their round. The kids loved their ride on the golf cart :-)

After lunch the kids wanted to hit some balls at the driving range. Luke getting some instruction from Bagga...

Luke's Last Day of School

Our amazing 4-year run at Grace Preschool has finally ended. We have truly loved our time there & will miss all of the wonderful people. Unfortunately I had to be in Atlanta for Luke's last day but Mike grabbed some cute pictures.

They had a ventriloquist perform for the kids. That lone little hand in the air is our Luke :-)

Mani/Pedi With The Girls

At the Saint Andrew's annual auction the Kindergarten teachers offered up an outing designed just for girls...manicure, pedicure & dinner. What could be better?! A few of us parents went in together to purchase the event. Madison couldn't have been more excited. It's all she talked about for the entire week leading up!

Ms. Alison

With the kids in school full time next year we are sorry to see our nanny, Ms. Alison, move on to another family. Ms. Alison is a teacher at Luke's preschool & came over to play with the kids the 3 afternoons a week that I work. Maddie & Luke adore her & are sad to see her go. Alison grabbed these cute pictures on her last day...

Madison's Last Day of School

Madison's Saint Andrew's experience has officially ended. Her Kindergarten class celebrated the end of the school year with a little performance & an awards ceremony. Madison received "Most Improved Writing" & "Best Artist" :-)

Taking a bow

After the ceremony we headed over to Oak Meadow Park in Los Gatos for a little party. There was a magician & Madison was happy to help him with his show...
