Summer Camp

Luke & Madison are spending their Summer @ Grace Preschool (Madison's former & Luke's current school). Week 2 was "Wild Animals" which was a huge hit with the kids. On Thursday they sang a few animal-related songs for the parents...

After naps we headed back over to Bagga & Grandpa Silly's house for a BBQ. When we got home Maddie & Luke treated us to a reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance...

Happy Birthday USA!!

4th of July

4th of July wasn't exactly what we planned but it was still a great time. Luke battled a fever last week & yesterday had a nasty cough so our Tahoe plans were thwarted. Of course, he woke up feeling great today! Go figure. We had a really fun back-up option though...the park in front of my parent's house (2 blocks away) played host to the neighborhood's annual 4th of July parade. Maddie & Luke (with a little help from us) decorated their bikes for the ride. They were supposed circle the park twice but they were having such a great time most of the kids kept going. I think they liked the fact that they were being allowed to ride in the street!

We are so proud of Luke! It took him awhile to get this peddling thing down but now he's a pro! Almost time for a big boy bike :-)

Father's Day

Very late in making this Father's Day post. We had a wonderful day - the men played golf in the morning & then the whole family went over to Bagga Glen's for a BBQ. Unfortunately I failed to take out my camera at the BBQ but I did grab a few pictures of Daddy opening his presents from the monkeys...
