Easter Bunny
We got to visit the Easter Bunny yesterday! It was a very relaxed visit. Luke was a little hesitant at first but the minute he saw his big sister sitting on the Easter Bunny's lap he wanted up there too :-)

Pismo Beach
Last week we made a trip down to Pismo Beach. Sadly it was to say goodbye to my Uncle Stan who succumbed to cancer. Despite the circumstances it was wonderful to visit with family we don't see often enough. The weather was gorgeous & the kids really enjoyed the trek down to the beach. Luke, who the last time we were near an ocean wouldn't go within 10 feet of it...was the most adventurous! He started to make me a little nervous with how far he was venturing out :-)

Mo (true to self) pushed for the trip to the water's edge the minute we got there
Maddie-fish. She has been lobbying to go swimming all winter! Just loves water.

With tax season here I haven't been able to update the blog as often as I would like but we do have a few adorable pictures starting to pile up. Almost since she could speak, Madison has asked that one of our pets (Peanut or Moo Shoo) sleep in her bed every night. While Peanut tolerates children she doesn't prefer them & Moosh barely tolerates anyone (unless you're feeding her). For the past month or so Moosh has been Madison's constant snuggle companion at night! Madison couldn't be happier :-) I grabbed this picture before we woke Maddie up for school the other day...
The monkeys over at Bagga Jan's for a sleepover, watching cartoons together...
Bath time! They were really into taking showers for about a week. Then they realized that a bath is much more fun. A lot more playtime...
