We finally broke down & bought Mommy a bike & Bagga Judy & Grandpa Silly gave Daddy a kid carrier for his birthday so we are all set for our family bike rides! Daddy was making some adjustments to his bike & Maddie felt that she needed to do the same...

Our "cousins", the Carter triplets, were here for a visit! (To clarify...they are Aunt Jill's brother Ryan's triplet boys...Danny, Drew & Dylan. Not technically our cousins but we like to think of them that way :-) Gigou & Jerry threw a BBQ to celebrate their visit from Philadelphia.

Brunch with Reese

We are a little late with these next few posts...last Saturday our friend Reese (& her parents, Ashley & Noah) came over for brunch. (Ash & Mommy have been friends since they were about 1 year-old :-) We had such a great time! It's too bad we don't get to see them often enough...

Thursday morning Madison had her first dance class! She has a half an hour of tap & a half an hour of ballet. It was so beyond cute that Mommy welled up with tears. Madison hasn't stopped talking about it! She keeps asking when she gets to go back to ballet. BTW...she is no longer sleeping in her Cinderella glass slippers...she is now sleeping in her tap shoes :-)

Luke saw his first movie on the big screen! AMC Saratoga has "Summer Movie Camp" where they are showing kids movies that have already left the theaters. It is only $1 & all the money goes to charity. Wednesday Luke & Mommy (Maddie was at summer camp) saw Alvin & the Chipmunks. Luke-man had 2 dates!

Sakai-Baker 4th of July BBQ

On Sunday our good friends the Sakai's & Baker's had their annual 4th of July party in Santa Cruz. The party is always a blast & this year was no different! We were also blessed with gorgeous weather. It was a little windy but still beautiful.
